relocating to Riyadh

Dear All,
I'm currently based in Dubai but expected to relocate to Riyad in few months from now and I'm faced with big challenges in finding a house and school for kids. So, any good tips on how to find a house in Riyadh (preferrably in a compound) and what do you recommend as schools for my kids (G5 & G2)?
