requesting advice (Riyadh)

hello,
i am a new member, i found many helpfull replies to many questions on forum.
i would like to get your advise about a job offer i got from company “univest” in riyadh 2nd industrial area producing paints, i should be a planning manager for Protected content +10% trans Protected content accom Protected content phone + class A medical ins & flight. the company having problems in “IQAMAA” so they offered business visit visa and promised to move to “iqamaa” end of the year.
i have engineering background, one year aftergraduate studies, 10 years of experience in multynational manufacturing companies in Egypt mainly in automotive sector (BMW, Daimler,Daewoo).
what can you advise me?
