Riyadh Village restaurant?

Hi folks! A friend of mine heard about a restaurant in the Riyadh Village compound, maybe called Le Bistro, that was highly recommended. First of all, could I visit the restaurant even though I don't live on the compound? (I thought you couldn't enter a compound unless you lived there or were invited by a current resident.) Second, would anyone know of a phone number of website for the restaurant? I'd hate to make the drive out there and find they're all booked up.
