Sponsor Missing (Riyadh)

I was employed by a foreigner investor company in Riyadh. In start everything was fine but after one year and company company became bankrupt. The General Manager of the company (Who is fully responsible). Company has to pay lot of money to their supplier and as well as to staff. Only three persons is on company sponsorship (General Manager, Myself and more person) Rest of the staff was not on company;s sponsorship. The company has to pay me SAR 35,000..00 since April Protected content . I am free since April Protected content so far not got any job my Iqama is going to expire on 15-Safar/ Protected content (27-Dec- Protected content . Since I not got yet any job and I wants to go back to my country. Since my sponsor (Company GM missing). Nobody here to sign my document for EXIT.

Kindly let me know the procedure. How I can get final exit if sponsor is not available.
