URGENT ADVICE NEEDED! (Riyadh)

Hi Guys,

Can anyone help me with this:

We need to send one Italian, presently working here in Dubai, to our sister company in KSA. We tried applying for him a year ago but unfortunately it was rejected here in Dubai due to the reason that his job designation stated in his UAE visa is "worker" although his job is highly technical.

Can any Italian around give me tips on how to secure Visa (whatever kind - be it business or tourist/visit) in KSA for our Italian Technical Staff? Sofar, what we are thinking is to have this guy applies his visa for KSA in Italy. However, if there is best option apart from this, which is more easy and faster, then we will go for this.
