!!!!URGENT!!!! WiFi Help needed! (Riyadh)

In urgent need of a 'WiFi doctor'!

We are based in Olaya and our connection has been getting increasingly worse for the last 6 months.

Having paid for multiple solutions/upgrades, that have been installed and tested over the last few months, none seem to cut the mustard! Starting to get quite fed up with the 'technicians' who are more than willing to provide the most expensive yet least effective solution to the ongoing problem.

If anyone has any reliable contacts who would understand how to resolve this, could they point them in my direction?
