Used Car History Check? (Riyadh)

I am pleased to post the firtst thread on internations. I moved here two months ago. Thanks to the slooooooow processing, I have been waiting for 1.5 month for the issue of iqama, and i was told to own it shortly.

Without a car, moving is very difficult. Poor qualitied taxi service, absence of public transport, Riyadh is a city in the moon for me. Luckily, I could get the right of buying a car.

When it comes to a used car, does any one know how can I check its history, including its transfer history, accident history and so on? I heard traffic police could hanle this but some others said no. If anyone has any idea, could you pleased tell me

- Does traffic police provide this service?
- If yes, what do i need to bring with me to access the service? How do they charge?
- address of the traffice police.
