What's for Rent in a Compound(?) (Riyadh)

Hello All, I am a Canadian working at the Riyadh Miliatary Hospital and living in a Hotel near downtown. I don't have a lot of free time away from the job, and want to make the best of it. The hotel is is very nice but I thought to ask if anyone knows about furnished accomodations for rent in a compound?

Any and all comments, about this or just about anything that can make life a little more enjoyable here, would be most welcome and appreicated.
