Hello Internations friends!

I need your advice/s and answers to some of my questions. I was offered a teaching post amd a family visa status as well. I am to fly ahead and my family shall follow

1. How long shall my family wait to come over?
2. Is the iqama requisite to petitioning my family?
3. Shall the conpany assist me in looking for a family housing before my family arrives? Or I do it on my own?
4. Can anybody suggest an affordable,safe,fully furnished housing near Al Qirawan area? Areas such as Al-Sadhan, Yasmin were suggested to me but how do I get know availabilities of housing on those areas?
5. If my husband comes over in a dependent visa, can he drive a car in the kingdom?

If there are other matters I need to know, please feel free to give me advice.
