Aquatic Center in Rome?

Hello Rome InterNations community. I'm a member of the San Francisco (USA) InterNations, and I'll be visiting Italy in June/July for a couple of weeks.
I am wondering if someone can recommend an aquatic center that has a large pool for swimming laps, that is centrally located in Rome? I am training for a triathlon and would really like to keep up my swim training while I am traveling.
Also, a gym that has spinning/indoor cycling classes would be great too.
Please let me know if you have suggestions. Thanks!
