Bring kindness and compassion to our city (Rome)

Rome is the most wonderful, vibrant, spiritual and creative city, for those who have the means to survive, to support themselves and to integrate in society. For those who struggle, financially or socially, it can be a nightmare. We live alongside 7,700 homeless people, who sleep on cardboard on the street, or in railway stations, abandoned buildings, in parks and doorways. They often sleep for just a few hours a night, unable to settle until late, waking early, living in fear or being robbed. It's a very hard life. Please join Rome's Volunteer Group and find out how you can bring kindness and compassion to those who are less fortunate than we are. To comfort those for whom life is a daily struggle. There are many ways to fundraise, to buy tents, blankets, sleeping bags, or to donate shoes, clothes toiletries, or to serve food up food and comfort on the streets.
