Help with becoming resident and opening business (Rome)

Hi all,

I’m sorry if my question overlaps any previous ones, but I hope someone can help me with the following. I’m already in Rome at the moment, but I’m planning to officially move here (from The Netherlands) at the end of the year. At the moment I have a freelance business in The Netherlands, which I will also need to close at the end of the year. So there are two things I need to do: becoming a resident in Rome and opening a new freelance business here. I’m looking for someone who can guide me through this process (tell me what I should do and where to start) and also for an English speaking accountant who can help me with my bookkeeping/taxes and such afterwards.

All advice and tips are welcome!
