Information on New Zealand funds (Rome)

Dear all,
some weeks ago a kind of broker contacted my family proposing to invest savings in what he called 'close funds in cocoa'. The company would be a New Zeland one, more precisily this one: Blackstone funds mng: Protected content
It reports to an English one: The advisor of BLACKSTONE FUND MANAGEMENT is REBOL INT. LTD (London UK), Office of Fair Trading OFT Licence No Protected content 1.

But in Italy Rebol is represented by FORMA SpA. thats does mainly training and courses.

Have you ever heard of these companies? any hints of what are the "closed funds in cocoa"?

I do not know anything and honestly speaking it seems to me a bit strange...
