language exchange & english full immersion (Rome)

hi everybody,
I'm new here and looking forward to meet you guys up.
in the meanwhile i was wondering:
is there any native english speaker here in Rome who wish to have a language exchange over a coffee or a drink sometimes? I wish to improve my conversation skills and get more than confident with the language since I plan to move to US soon if I can. Of course I can be very helpful with italian and even if I'm not an italian teacher I have experience teaching.

I also have a question for you all: is there an american equivalent of british council in rome for studying english?
