Layover in Rome

Hello!

I have a 4 hour layover in Rome next week and was wondering if this would be enough time to take the train into the city for a late lunch? I will be in Rome for several days the following weekend so do not need to visit any sites during my layover, just looking for a nice place in the city that is close to the train so that I can hurry back to the airport if need be.
