International law firm, based in Rome, seeks a legal secretary, with functions of personal assistant, office manager, and basic accountant. The position offered is permanent. The person in question will handle normal secretarial duties: switchboard, front-office and client reception, sorting mail, emails, and phone calls, drafting documents, managing partner's agenda, travel arrangements and the like, as well as administration/accounting duties: preparation of invoices, payments management, relationship with suppliers, and archive management. It is required a diploma in classical studies, a degree, an excellent knowledge of legal English, and a past qualified experience in International law firms.
