Looking for an experienced accountant for start-up (Rome)

Hi all,
I'm looking for an experienced accountant/commercialista who is able to assist me with my start-up business in Rome. I need someone who is able to give advice not just about the Italian tax/bureaucratic system, but also the EU (and possibly Australia) to help decide where the best place to base the company is.
