Looking for editor in English (Rome)

Hello my name is Petra from Korea!! And I'm living here in Rome about seven year!!
Well I'm looking for writing editor in English!!

Because I'm now writing Pd.D. Dissertation with English.. and as you guys know for writing in not my mother language is always difficult.. so I'm looking for who can help me with writing in good English..

It will be welcome who are well in academical writing and have a good responsibility.
