Moving to Italy (Rome)

Myself and my family are looking to migrate to Italy in the next 6 months or so. Can anyone recommend good language schools for my daughter to attend for her secondary schooling. We are also looking to buy a property for renovations as near to the school as possible. We have a budget of Protected content to purchase the property and a n additional budget for renovations so we are looking for a liable house that needs work. We will also be opening a hair salon when we arrive so that needs to factor in as well. I would appreciate it if anyone is able to direct me to a location where we may be able to get all of these elements combined. I appreciate that this is a big ask but would love some help. If anyone can recommend property lawyers, real estate agents etc in the area that would also be great.
