Natural food, raw food - shops, cafes, restaurants (Rome)

Gd morning Rome,

Next month I will be visiting Rome for 2 days and I need your help! :)
Because I have pretty strict diet I need to find places where I can buy foods of gd quality or eat healthy meals, which must be gluten and sugar free. Do you know some restaurants or shops, markets, etc with natural, eco food? Do you have any raw food restaurants or shops maybe?
What is more I'd like to buy some extra italian products and bring them home for my family and friends. Gd natural wine, pasta, olive oil and olives. Can you recommend me some places, markets in Rome or near Rome or maybe you know ppl who make those products on their own, in a traditional natural way?
