Need Private Tour Guide in Early April (Rome)

Am visiting Rome in April to decide what neighborhood to live in when we move there next year. Need a private tour guide for the day to show me some neighborhoods I am interested in. Car required. Must speak fairly good English. Expect tour to be about 4 hours in duration. Do not need historian or art expert. I just need someone who knows the neighborhoods and understands what they are like, and can drive my wife and I around to see them.
