Visiting Rome & Latina from 19th to 26th of March

Hi,

I will be visiting Rome and Latina from 19th till 26th.

Instead just hang around in touristic areas I am curious about local attractions and places for insiders as well. So where are the nice places that needs to be visited and what needs to be eaten ....

What are the musts to do ? Any events in these days?

Last but not least if anybody up to meet for a coffee or drinks...
