New workout trend in Rotterdam!!! Aerial hoop is often seen in circus performances, perfectly presenting the elegance and beauty of an athlete. It is an unique and fun workout since we will train mostly in the air, which will help you to greatly enhance your strength. It is also a total body workout to help you become more flexible and improve your condition. This 5- weeks course is perfect for anyone who has no or very little expereince with hoop. We will start from the basic techniques and poses such as mount/dismount, various hip hold poses, knee hangs techniques etc, and then guide you step by step to the more challenging but still beautuful hoop poses and combos such as half moon and back balance etc.
