As a member of our global support and solution team you will be responsible for providing first line Customer Support to the ITpreneurs partner base (primarily via phone, email)
You will ensure that all customer enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards (KPIs)
You will work on order Management (order entry, pro-active follow up on deliveries, returns, credit memos)
You will be responsible for updating all systems with relevant customer and activity data
You will also spend time working cross functionally to ensure availability of information and provide solutions to the ITpreneurs partners
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through every customer interaction
