Golf in NL (Rotterdam)

Hi guys, I have lived here almost three years and am getting frustrated on the seeming lack of info on golfing here.

I am well aware that one must attend classes and write an exam to get the license and official handicap card. However, as a very experienced golfer who has played for 20 years, i do not see the point to attend such courses to waste money and time.

Does anyone know of a venue to and simply sit the exam without going through the courses? I am based in Rotterdam but am willing to travel, if necessary.

So far I have been able to play the 'tourist' card and they have allowed me access. Now I am trying to register for competitive play and they require this documentation.
