How to become a certified translator/interpreter (Rotterdam)

Hello,

My name is Ioana, I have been working and living in The Netherlands since Protected content I would like to ask your help to figure out how to be a certified translator or interpreter in The Netherlands.

I asked around (colleagues, friends, IAM Expat group on FB) but they weren't able to answer me. I found some indications on Google that I need to register first as a freelancer but it doesn't mention anything about the documents or classes I need to complete in order to be considered a certified translator in The Netherlands.

If you're not the right people to ask, please advise who I should contact.
