Moving to Rotterdam- NEED HELP

I may be moving from Singapore to Rotterdam in couple of months. My work place will be in Breda.
1) Please advise in which area (with names) of Rotterdam I should take an apartment considering above. I guess south or east of Rotterdam will be better for my scenario.If yes, please mention name of areas where I can go for a 2 bed rooms apartment ( Protected content ). What is the average rent? Is it easy to find furnished, semi-furnished or unfurnised/ I am open to all.
2) My 9 yrs old son goes to an Intl school in Singapore? Please advise any Intl School in Rotterdam.
3) What is the best way (in terms of time and cost) of commuting between Breda and Rotterdam?
