Help in School Selection in Sacramento

Hi, My daughter got admission in West Lake Charter in Natomas, and IB program for Winston Churchill, Carmichael for 7th grade. Any ideas and inputs which school is better and why will help to make the decision.
West Lake is rated 9, by great schools. Close to my office. As well will have school bus.
Churchill, IB program, known to be academically best program in the area. IB is international program, so even when I move from US in few years, she will not change the base curriculum. No bus, so extra discipline of dropping and picking everyday?

Any inputs will be really appreciated...
