laptop fixed (Salzburg)

Does anyone know where I can get my laptop fixed? It is a Toshiba one and is not a Mac. The screen does not work and I would not know where to start looking! Someone may know somewhere not too expensive in Salzburg or Bad Ishl? I live in St Gilgen so anywhere near there.
