Hello, I'm currently looking for a female roommate. I work Monday - Friday, during the day and on my free time, I enjoy playing softball, going hiking, hanging out with friends and reading a good book. I highly value a healthy and peaceful home. The following is information about the apartment:

- Master bedroom is available January 3rd in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment
- Washer and dryer in the apartment (no coins needed!)
- Central a/c & heat
- Covered garage, shared parking spot
- 2 miles from Gaslamp
- No pets
- No drugs
- Rent is $745.00 a month and approximately $80.00 a month in utilities
- $560.00 (January rent) + $250.00 (refundable deposit) = $810.00 due by January 7, Protected content
