Backpack Camping Hot Springs (9/25/15 - 9/27/15) (San Francisco)

Only 2 Spaces Left to Remote Iva Bell Hot Springs (Eastern Sierras) STRENUOUS (Thurs 5 pm 9/24/ Protected content 9/27/15)

Must be SELF-SUFFICIENT WITH FULL GEAR, this is a STRENUOUS HIKE and not for beginners. Must have 65 Liter size backpack to carry Protected content on your back for 12 miles each way with Protected content elevation gain at Protected content . altitude (see details below) (WE DO NOT HAVE EXTRA GEAR TO SHARE OR LEND)

MUST HAVE or RENT: (night 30°F, day 65°F)
65 Liter backpack,15°F Sleeping Bag, Sleeping Pad, Bear Canister (mandatory), Hiking Poles, Warm light-weight clothing/jacket, Tent, Water bladder (Camel Bak), (we have communal gear to share - water filter, stove)

DAY 0 (THURS 9/24/15 @ 5 PM): LEAVE BAY AREA AROUND 5 PM
(depart Union City and South San Francisco)

DAY 1 (FRI 9/25/15): BACKPACK INTO HOT SPRINGS
From Fish Creek trailhead to Iva Bell Protected content , range: Protected content to Protected content gross: Protected content Protected content

DAY 2 (Sat 9/26/15): SOAK IN HOT SPRINGS ALL DAY

DAY 3: (Sun. 9/27/15): BACKPACK OUT AND RETURN TO BAY AREA
Opposite of day one and day 0, will be tougher because more gain - range: Protected content to Protected content gross: Protected content - Protected content 10.8 miles We'll start early in the morning, say 7am, arrive Red Meadow by 2pm, late lunch and head back to Bay Area by 9 PM
