Best Suburbs to Settle Down in SF for Indian (San Francisco)

Hello,

I wish to know which is the best suburb to settle in SF? We are family of three (Self, Spouse and Daughter of 8 years) . We need near to good school , near to Station for commuting to SF Down town Daily, also we cant drive.

Need as usual stuff like grocery and Indian community around for Family.

Do help and suggest, rent is not an issue.
