Hi Folks,
I just saw this amazing play--very kinetic and poetic! Based on a short story by famed Filipino American author Carlos Bulosan, the play is set in the California vegetable-picking camps of the Protected content and deals with the brotherhood of Filipino Americans and interracial relationships. It incorporates elements of the Filipino martial art, escrima.
Last two nights: Saturday and Sunday.
This play is really, really amazing--please try to see it!
