My visit to San Francisco on May 23 to May 25

Hello,

I am attending my master degree graduation ceremony in California State University, Fullerton on May 21 and 22. I will arrive in Los Angeles on May 20 and leaving from San Francisco on May 25. Is anyone interested in meeting up? Please let me know if you want anything from HK :) I am not sure whether I should rent a car. What do you think? I have not been to the US before, where in SF should I visit? Thanks!
