Attention Dog Lovers (San José)

Hello,
I'm moving to Costa Rica from the US later this year with my 8 year old Australian Shepherd London. I will most likely be living in the Santa Ana or Escazu areas. With the one million things I need to do, the thing that matters most is my dog and making his transition to Costa Rica a great one. Please post below if you have any recommendations for these items. I don't speak Spanish right now so English speaking services are a must, at least for the first few months.
1. Veterinarian
2. Dog boarding facilities
3. Dog grooming
4. Dog walking services
5. Dog friendly parks in these areas
6. If anyone has experience flying their dog to CR please let me know if you have any advice or lessons learned. He’s 65 lbs. so he's flying cargo.
