Becoming a Activity Group Consul or creating a ... (San José)

I recently had a "Basic" Member inquire about becoming a Activity Group Consul or possibly creating a new Activity Group, here's my reply/ my understanding;

Activity Groups are for the enjoyment of Albatross Members and are to add value to the Albatross Membership level.

Basic Members have a couple of "trials" available to them to use to sample a group or activity and then they'd have to upgrade their membership to continue to participate with Activity Groups.

Albatross Member's can join any or all of the Groups. "post and host" activities for those Groups and can also create new Groups.

Group Members can volunteer and may be accepted to be a "group consul" and InterNations waives the monthly fee of the Member.
