Hi! My name is Alex and I live with my family in Atenas since one year and produce artesian ice cream. Currently I sale the ice cream in the Atenas area to different restaurants and Cafés but I'm also looking for a partner in San Jose. If there is somebody who wants to open a Café or Gelateria or already has one I would provide him/her with one of the best ice creams available in Costa Rica. Before I left Germany I visited the first school in Germany dedicated to teach how to make ice cream based on few natural ingredients. Unlike most Italian Gelaterias I don’t use pre-mixed powders for each flavor but instead I learned the (I have to admit not so many) secrets of making any ice cream or sorbets using fresh, organic ingredients without the use of artificial flavoring agents or colorants.
