Interested in moving to CR with Teenager (San José)

I having been researching a permanent move to Costa Rica with my 14 year-old daughter. I'm a single mom (her father died). I have my own business as an independent contractor (all US clients) and can work from any location with an Internet connection. I have enough equity in my home when I sell it to be able to make the $60,000 deposit in a Costa Rican bank for 2 years. I would like to know if that is enough to meet the Rentista requirements. I do not intend to hire any employees. Also, will my daughter be able to attend school there? These are the 2 questions I need to get clarification on before I decide to pursue this endeavor.
