looking for mums (San José)

Hello, me and my family (with two girls, 4y.o. and 2 y.o.) are going to start a new chapter of Expat life from May Protected content San José. How can I find communities for mothers with young children? How can I find out how other mums resp. families are arranging their everyday life, their afternoons and weekends? I would like to get in contact with mums already now maybe via Facebook or via Internations. Any recommendations?
