Making plans to move to CR (San José)

I am looking for advice and possible connections preferably in the Arenal area. I'm seeking advice on moving checklists, paperwork required, any leads on decent housing, legal requirements for renting, naturalization (can I retain a dual citizenship?) etc. I also wouldn't mind finding people to connect with, as I am planning to move alone.
