Missing children in San Jose, Costa Rica (San José)

Hi my boyfriends baby's mother took their three kids and went to Costa Rica without his consent and they have joint custody. How can he get them back?? If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.

My children were last known to be with Rose Scott when I dropped the kids off to her at the 5th precinct on 1/3/16. Rose Scott's family stated they had not seen her or the kids Naima-Marie, Naiya or Joshawa Jr since 1/3. Rose Scott has not responded to my phone calls or text messages. I believe she may have taken the kids out of the country without my consent. Rose Scott may have secured passports for the children without my consent. Rose and I have joint custody of our three amazing children. If anyone has any information of my children's whereabouts I urge you to please contact the Police or me at Protected content
