Moving to Costa Rica (San José)

Hello everyone. My name is Holly. My fiancé and I are trying to move to Costa Rica. We are still trying to secure some type of income there so that we can live and be with the locals. We both have experience in Customer Service. My fiancé has experience in travel/delivery. I have managerial experience as well as office experience and computer/internet experience.
We are also wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to a good shipping service for our belongings, which are not many. And a place to live long term. We are looking in the area of Alajuela and Heredia, not to far from San Jose.
