Moving to Heredia (San José)

Hi,

I'm getting ready to move to Heredia to begin a teaching position. I'll be flying out in a couple days and am finishing up my packing. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions of things to bring with me that are difficult to find in Costa Rica...something I wouldn't typically think of, possibly?

Also, once I arrive and get settled, I'd love to meet other English-speakers who live in Heredia. Just let me know if you'd like to meet up sometime :)
