Place to meet and socialize with other expats? (San José)

Hi Everyone,
I just moved to Turracares de Alajuea (about 25 minutes to San Jose/20 minutes to Alajuela). Is anyone close at all? I love this country and the Ticos...but it would be great to meet up with some Engish-speakers as well. Is there a certain bar or activity that anybody knows of?
