Which Part of the City? (San José)

Hello All,

I will soon be moving to San Jose to pursue teaching English there. As of yet I've done some research about the different parts of the city, but I'm wondering if anyone has any first-hand experience.

I won't have a car and don't mind taking the bus or paying for short taxi rides. If there's any part of the city in particular where the density of English teaching institutions seems greatest I would love to know.
