Tips for a new comer (San Salvador)

Hello everyone. I am considering taking a job in San Salvador for three years and I am looking for advice to make my move there as smooth as possible. I will be moving alone, no family or partner, and I got a feeling that most people where I will be working pretty much moved there settled with there family. I am a bit worried how easy is it to make friends/ meet people there? I also would like to know how easy is it to find offers to live in shared accommodation?
Is anyone aware of Ashtanga Yoga classes anywhere in the city?
What about Capoeira and climbing? Sorry this are quite specific questions but they are a hugely important part of my daily routine. Any feedback on your experiences (whether you are happy to have moved there or not) and tips about security issues, cultural shock tips, are all welcome! Thank you so much
