new in sanaa (Sanaa)

Hi,
I´m Keramen, a spanish engineer who most probably is that the next month my company will send me to Yemen for a while. I would like to have a truly info about the situation there. I´ve being living before in Saudi, UAE, Qatar and Oman, so I ´am not new in the Golf region, but I´m a bit worry if this country is safe for a single woman, if I can live alone in a flat, if there are some expat areas, if I can drive,...well normal issues for living!

Also, if it´s not a bother, I will like to know more or less the style of life, the prices of a nice flats,...all type of info would be appreciate to have an idea.
