NewComer In Santa Cruz, Bolivia

This is Himanshu from India.
I will be coming to Santa Cruz, Bolivia from Buenos Aires, Argentina in December along with my wife for Protected content on a assignment. I love meeting and knowing people from different cultures.
I have searched a lot about this lovely place over internet. But I would love to listen from you guys who are living in Santa Cruz about a things or two (About the city, Good neighbourhood to live in, approximate cost of renting a furnished apartment in a good neighbourhood, any specific thing to take care of).
