2014 Mochitsuki, Pounding rice for New Year! (Santiago de Chile)

The Japanese Society invites the Internations Santiago Community to the Protected content Celebration, is a celebration for the good vibes for the next year, rice is pounded into paste in a large mortar made from wood using big wooden hammers, after this paste is molded in circular shapes, you can eat it sweet or salty. The Mochitsuki will me held at the Japanese Benefit Society (Alcántara 772, Las Condes), Sunday 28th of December at 10:00 A.M. Hope to see some of you there!
