A robbery perpetrated by a Lider.cl employer (Santiago de Chile)

About a month ago I ordered just like any other week from Lider.cl. When the delivery guy arrived I helped him bringing in the boxes. While I was at the kitchen he stole my wallet with all my personal belonging inside it from a drawer.
I went to the Carabineros, Fiscalia and PDI. I contacted Lider the same day yet no one has done nothing during this month. The feeling that criminals can get away with it in Chile with the help of the authorities is over whelming. I really do not know what to do next. If anyone has any idea or suggestion, that would be warmly welcome.
